Also, when not working in the book the 21 activities should be easily collapasable so they are not in the way when working on another activity.Staying on task seems is a real challenge for our screen-bound generation. Why? Because if the book is 21 chapters long there are far too many activities. For example, one is writing a book and there is one pomodoro task for each chapter but they are all in the folder called 'book'. A nice new feature would be the ability to have folders where one can organise the tasks would be great. Also, if I start the pomodoro on the computer and then I open the app on the phone the app is unresponsive. For instance if a pomodoro has been started with started on the phone it should immediately be visible in the computer (the lag at the moment is too great). Sync across devices works a little bit better now. The app keeps crashing (although less often with the last update) when using it in multiple devices. Good app that needs to get updates more often It is straightforward to use and prevents wasting time by "setting it up" every day. Another thing which would be great is to be able to select or group certain tasks for the report, as they don't all fall under the same category.Īll in all this is a great app which I love due to its simplicity, and not having to restart it every time I switch on my laptop as it is always in the toolbar. This might not be necessary for everyone but in the past I named my tasks with very vague titles which were then not that helpful in my report, and I cannot change past tasks without having to delete them and create a new one, which defeats the purpose as I also delete all my logged time (I guess one could change the name in the exported csv file but this should be relatively easy feature to add). One thing I can't seem to do is change the title or name of tasks. I also really like seeing the report over time and see what I have spent most time working on. Having a timer in the toolbar with a reminder for when the productive work period ends and starts, and the break starts and ends is really helpful.
